Factory.
Band Factory is a boutique band incubator in Mount Maunganui. We find young musicians, build them into real bands, and back them all the way — from first rehearsal to the stage.
Where it
started.
Band Factory started with a simple idea: the Bay of Plenty is full of talented young musicians with nowhere to turn that raw talent into a real, gigging band. So we built one — a place that recruits players, matches them into line-ups, and manages the whole journey.
What we believe
Great bands aren't found — they're built. Give young musicians the right room, the right people and real backing, and the rest takes care of itself.
